Manager, Employee Well-being | Mayo Clinic
Bridget Berkland is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration and manager of Employee Well-Being at Mayo Clinic. Bridget enjoys providing opportunities at work for colleagues to invest in their well-being. Since joining Mayo Clinic in 2007, she develops, leads and researches initiatives to improve the well-being for Mayo Clinic staff. Her research at Mayo Clinic provides evidence-based methods to reduce stress and enhance resilience, gratitude, mindfulness and community at work. In addition, as a wellness coach certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, Bridget enjoys helping colleagues explore ways to achieve goals to improve their well-being.
